If you have a treadmill, rowing machine, elliptical or some other stationary exercise machine and haven't been motivated lately to use it, try combining it with something that's more entertaining than just sitting there exercising...
Relocate your equipment in front of the big screen TV or even better, a backyard window or ANYTHING else that will take your attention off of what you're doing (spinning or rowing or walking) from anywhere to a half hour show to a full hour documentary!)
(Don't forget to rest in between, which is just as important as exercise.)
In warmer parts of the States and abroad, you could even put your exercise equipment outside on the patio deck and bask in the fresh morning air or chill out in the evening with a nice run, walk or ride!
Enjoy your exercise. It will make it easier and the more prone you are to begin and continue it!
