Chalean Xtreme / Bob Harper's Inside Out Method

Curious who has done either. I like the looks of Bob Harper's inside out method dvds. I got the weight, cardio and yoga one second hand and I'm excited to do those.

I also want to try to focus more on weights than just cardio so I was thinking Chalean xtreme but the heaviest weight I have is 8lbs and I can't afford to buy more so at first it might be a nice challenge but after a while then it'd probably get too easy. I'm thinking I'd have to start with 8lbs because I usually use 5lbs already.

So anybody done either? What did you think?

    I've got the Bob Harper Inside Out Pure Burn Super Strength and the Kettlebell Cardio Shred ones. Pure Burn always kicks my butt....I love it! The kettlebell one is OK too - I don't use it that often but it's nice to add variety now & again.

    I lift pretty heavy weights when I'm doing free weights at the gym (depending on the move anywhere from 10-30lb weights) and the Pure Burn one is soooo tough. The first few times I did it all I could handle was 5lb weights. I have moved up to 8lbs but that is still kicking my butt.
