Tendonitis

I have a history of ankle tendonitis, and I'm getting some vague inklings that it's starting up again (some very mild tenderness and stiffness). Nothing too bad so far, but Level 2 has a LOT of jumping around, and I'm starting to get a little nervous that it will get worse. I've also started running again and am quite possibly overdoing it on that. I really want to continue all the way through, but I'm worried I might be setting myself up for injury. Does anyone have any experience with this, tips, or suggestions? Any advice would be appreciated!
