Using your home as your gym

I recently lost my gym membership due to the economy and distrust of the handling of the gym. However, I am trying to find creative ways to use what I have at home. My home has a basement and a second level so that means STAIRS! I set a timer to start with for 10 minutes. Stairs have always been my downfall. Hiking trails that have stairs, yuck. I'd rather climb on the dirt & rock. Anyways, try stairs if you have them at home.
