Favorite IDE's/Editors?
What're you guy's primary environment/tool of choice when coding? On Linux, I like to use Geany for most general languages. As for Web Development I'll switch over to Bluefish.

How many have ever tried programming while walking around the room? I never realized I did this till I put a pedometer on, and went about my day or night walking. From desk to standing work station I must have covered a 5 miles. Now all my stuff is standing. So anyone else have any ideas?

hi everybody, i'm new to this group. most of the day i'm at my desk staring at the monitor...and crave snacks. what do you all recommend for snacking, if anything at all? i've heard that it's not good to be snacking all day. what have you all implemented on your daily routine?

I'm partial to Java and it's portability. I like C++'s power but it's easy to step on your toes and make critical mistakes unless you really know what you're doing.
