Question?

Hi,
I just started chalean extreme a few weeks ago. I haven't been too consistant with it yet, but i'm getting there. I have basically only done the first weeks worth of vids over the last 2 weeks or so but I have gotten other exercise in (such as exercise bike and 2 saturdays of total (top to bottom) house cleaning.
My question is: is it ok to continue doing these work outs while pregnant? I just found out yesterday (4 weeks), so none of the fatigue or anything has hit me yet. I wasn't sure what modifications I should do besides listening to my body or if anyone else has done this work out while pregnant.
Also, has anyone worked out during the morning sickness phase? I ask because my last pregnancy I was very sick with morning sickness until about 18 weeks and I lost about 25lbs.

You should ask your doctor. I would be more concerned about the weight you are lifting. I was told by my doctor that the problem with lifting weights while pregnant is that you can seriously hurt your back because of the redistribution of weight.0

I'd definitely ask your doctor about this.

Probably not because of the weightlifting.
But watch this! Tracy knows her stuff!

The only way you should continue with this workout while pregnant is if you are an experienced weight lifter or have completed this thoroughly atleast 1 time through. You should continue to workout and lift weights and so forth, but this is an EXTREME program as it states. Congratulations on the baby!0
