does your cheat day need to be the same for diet and exercis

I read the book so long ago, that I don't remember: is it okay to exercise on Thursday and eat whatever I want, and then not exercise on Sunday but follow the BFL dietary recommendations? I am hosting the cooking club tonight and I want to eat whatever I want. But it is easier for me to incorporate exercise into my weekday routine than on the weekend.

I don't remember what the book said but I do just what you are mentioning. My cheat meal is not always on the no workout day and I am still seeing results...0
