Don't forget to weigh in at:

1. Eat five full servings of vegetables this week! Vegetables are a great low-calorie and filling snack. If you're not a fan of them on their own, try sneaking them into your food. Add some spinach to your morning smoothie- you won't even taste it! Feel free to post other ways you managed to sneak veggies into your day. You can do this!
2.No artificial sweeteners (besides Stevia, as it's natural). The dangers of artificial sweeteners are technically unproven, but undeniable all the same. What good can putting massive amounts of chemicals into your body do?
Here is a great article about artificial sweeteners:

3. Declutter an area you've been putting off! Whether it's the attic, the pesky junk drawer or your desk, clean it up today! Clutter adds stress to your life which makes your body release cortisol, which has negative effects on your body including slowing or stopping weight loss. So get decluttering! You will feel so much relief afterwards.
4. Make a point to eat only until you're satisfied. I'm sure I'm not alone in often finding myself stuffed rather than content. Try to eat until you're almost full, and then wait about 10 minutes- after the rest of your food hits your stomach, you should feel perfectly content. Put your fork down between each bite, sip on water throughout the meal; you can do this!
5. Fit in 30 minutes of cardio 3 times this week. If you are not in the mood, try this: Crank up some music, and dance around the house while you clean! It's fun and a undercover workout !

Hi Jenn!! This week looks fun! I don't think I'll make it for the no sweetener thing because I only have Splenda.. but I wanna do everything else and I'll try to cut back on that!!!
As far as sneaking veggies in.. I drink V8 Fruit Fusions Light. It tastes AWESOME and fruity but has a serving of vegetables in a 50 calorie 8 oz serving. It's my new addiction lol0 -
I am sad b/c for the second time in this challenge I have had to log a gain (the first time was the first week). I have been doing pretty bad with not logging "little" things chocolates and cocktails which are not really little but very big in terms of calories. My goal for this week is to log EVERYTHING even if it's bad or I only eat a little bit of it. I need to get back to where I was when I started this.0

You know, that is the only juice/veggie/anything but mt dew that my hubby will drink?!?! When I buy them I have to get the cans at Walmart, and that is a 40 minute drive, so I buy the entire shelf every time. He takes the cans to work. I can get the big ones of those at my local store, but that doesn't travel well for him, so the kids and I drink that at home.0 -

I have been lax as well. "oh 1 Hershey kiss" nah I'm not logging it. or 1 bite of this while I'm cooking, nah that falls into my serving size. Bad, bad thing to do. I am going to be better this week as well.0 -
oh and as for sweetener, I was thinking more along the lines of sweet and low, and equil. I read those are bad for you. I haven't found anything bad on splenda... yet.0
