Warm Up

Jump Rope (3 sets, 2 min)

Stretching (2 sets, 3 min)

Tai Kwon Do

-Practice White Belt Form: fighting stance, move left - low block (left), move forward - punch (right), move diagonally right - low block (right), move forward - punch (left), move diagonally left - low block (left), move forward - punch (right), move forward - punch (left), move forward - punch right (sound off HI YA!)

Partner drills

-Practice side kick (left/rigth) with partner holding kicking bag, practice reverse kick with partner holding kicking bag (2 min drills x 2 each)

Sit up 30
