ME? I gained big time! PMS is roaring and I ate for Valentines day and the day after. Scale read up 8 pounds for me.

(UP 8 from lowest weight) So for the month I have only loast 1. 4 pounds. Wow! But I did lose inches! And I will say that the majority of this is fluid so it will be down next week.0 -

Finally over 1 and 1/2 pounds this week! I just had to up my deficit and it worked! Not sure I can go at the pace this week but I am going to do my best0 -

I know what you mean about the pace. You really strived for it. How much have you lost all together from your highest weight, if you don't mind me asking?0 -
From my highest weight in 2003 I lost 45 pounds. I have kept 37 completely off since 2007. Those other 8 pounds I kind of go up and down with every year but now have lost the 8 this year and am going for my last 10 pounds -- after this week I will be seeing new low numbers that I haven't seen yet since the 90's lol!0

I had less of a deficit but I had good weight loss so that makes me happy! Next week is money week in the biggest loser contest -- would love to see a 2 pound loss - we will see!0
