Just checking... does anyone have the dread factor before doing this workout? If so..why do you dread it?
I got it and i only did it this is third time and i dread doing it.. I dont know why... I think it is hard but i know other ones that are just as hard but i like them no dread at all...
I do know i dont like to jump up on the step and jump off of it.. I have had surgery on my feet along time ago and every since I have a hard time jumping, and lunges as well. I have the little toe bone are gone and it really messes with my balance i think, and it hurts to do lunges.. but i keep doing it.. and the Big toes were broken and reset i had hammer toes lol ewww.........:)
Well any way with that said there are still other videos that has a lot of that in them and i still love them sooo.. I wonder y i dread soing this one?
And any of you who love it can you list why you like it.. maybe i will be influenced to like it lol

Ohhhhhh Drill Max. I haven't done it yet. I have it, but it hasn't come up in my rotation yet.
Just modify. There are some other workouts where you're supposed jump up on the step with both feet and I skip them. i just kind of hop up one foot at a time.0 -

yeah? good because i dicided to jump on the floor not on the stepper.. but i was afraid i was not getting enough calorie burn but i thought oh well im soaked! And as long as i keep moving.. I was just wondering if i was the only one who felt it was a dread kinda dvd. Like i love it but hate it.. lol0 -

I couldn't do everything either Renee! OMG that one blast (last one I think) where you do the drop thrust then jump on and off the step...........nope, couldn't do all of them. I had to skip one in between. LOL But burned a LOT of calories!0
