I just finished day 2! Yikes :sick: it was pretty rough LOL. I get up pretty early in order to complete it before work. The positive is that i'm buzzed for the better part of the workday; the negative is that i'm ready for bed as soon as said workday is over!!!0

It is normal that you cant do all the moves yet, but in a couple of weeks you will be shocked at how much more you can do! That is what made me most proud... Just when you think you can kick insanity butt, they move you to the max training workouts! Good luck!0
