Hey everybody! I know there are some great recipes out there, what did you have for your Lean And Green!? Figure it's a great thread that we can all learn new ways to mix it up!!
Tonight, My mom made me dinner, and we had Shrimp on skewers, cooked on the BBQ. Oh my goodness were they GREAT! She put Garlic, Ginger, Weber mesquite seasoning and lime in her blender with a dash of red pepper flakes and marinated the shrimp in it for 4 hours. I told her they were like a party in my mouth.. the flavor was completely awesome. Topped off with a small serving of stir fry and a little salad!

I love cauliflower pizza. Don't make it too much, but it is a nice treat. My go to is usually morningstar farms pizza burgers-so easy and tasty. I need to start switching up my recipes, though.0

I LOVE shrimp and this sounds amazing. Can't wait to try it.0 -
I really need to make the pizza! The shrimp was just so exciting and new! I got really sick of shrimp on another diet I tried, then got some not so great tasting shrimp so it had been awhile since I had them. I also just saw a recipe for turnip fries that you bake... those are going on the grocery list!0

I love jumbo shrimp over spaghetti squash and broccoli, topped with Newman's Own Lighten-Up Sun Dried Tomato Dressing and parsley flakes. I feel like I'm having shrimp scampy, without the guilt.
At some point, I'm going to try out a revolution roll recipe. I don't enjoy cooking, and the idea of learning a new recipe doesn't excite me, but this is something I'll probably incorporate in T&M.0 -
I also love the cauliflower pizza. I want to try the cauliflower "bread" sticks sometime. I'm not very creative with my lean and green so my husband does a lot of grilling of meat and stir fries. One thing I like to make is the chicken and veggie soup in the Lean and Green Cookbook. Yummmmmmy!0
