Finally some actual results

At the beginning of Jan I decided that my goal was to go down 1 hole on my belt per month, this morning I tried on the belt and have moved down a hole!! YAY I am very happy, finally seeing my hard work paying off

Congratulations!! That must feel wonderful! I haven't lost any weight and don't wear belts but I feel a difference in my clothes. I am waiting until the end to measure.0
