Hello!

I am on Day 7 today, but I have not been sore for 2 or 3 days, and I've been getting down into the squats. I've always assumed if I'm sore it's because my muscles have been worked. I went up on weight today too. It's still a good workout, and I'm covered in sweat, but I'm getting a little discouraged because of the lack of soreness and the fact that my weight went up.... Should I move on to Level 2 early?

  • If you feel that it is not challenging you enough then I would move up to level two. Weight has nothing to do with it though, I am a pretty clean eater and have gained 1.5lbs since starting it finishing day 5 today. You do not have to do each level for 10 days.

If you feel like it's not challenging you any more then I don't see the harm in moving on to level 2. I don't think you have to do each stage for 10 days as a rule, I think it's just the most logical thing since there are 3 parts and it's over 30 days.

But don't let weigh put you off or make you think it's not doing anything any more, because I've put on 4lb since I started but I can see changes, I'm trying not to take any notice of the weight.

I did not feel sore after my Day 3, however I still find some of the exercises challenging, like the first set of cardio, pushups and the last set of abs, therefore I did not more onto lvl 2 yet. Will move onto it on Monday. :)

I moved to level 2 today, but I think I may go between 1 and 2 for a few days. It was REALLY hard. All that planking, uggggg.

I'm starting to feel the same way but I think I'm gonna stick with level 1 for now and just find something additional to do like another workout dvd so I'm still increasing my workout and not getting too comfortable.
