Training program for this week is: 2-2.5 miles 3 days with a long run of 3-3.5 miles on Saturday if I feel up to it. Feeling stronger every run so far
Update: Well, got a nasty cough complete with no voice Friday-Saturday, so didn't get my runs in. Hopefully I can kick it soon. Weather changed dramatically Thursday-ish (was snowing last weekend and now it's in the high 50s). Ugh.0 -
