Exercise...status quo or mix up?

Hi all, seeking general advice...is it best to mix up workouts? I currently do group personal training on Thursday mornings and then on Saturday, Monday and Tuesday mornings i jog/walk for 5-10km...should i be getting more variety into my activity choices?

I like a variety of exercise. But I always do exercises I enjoy. At the moment I am going to Zumba class, and I do Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred Dvd, I walk, and use the recumbent bike. But then if I get the time I would also go to aquarobics, ballet, stretch class. I know you are suppose to included weights, and cardio, etc into your exercsie which sounds like you are. Do things you enjoy and you will looking forward to doing them.0
