How is everyone? I can do 7 push ups in a row now. Up from four. Have not been that diligent. But it's still progress:)0

Making good progress. Finishing up week 2 I got a bit behind from rethinking my schedule for this (I strength train mondays and thursdays already and do a ton of push ups in that!) Anyways, I am up to 16 on my "max" set, 65 total for an entire workout. Feeling pretty good!0
