Wow... Most veggies I've ate in my life.
And last night I had black beans in my broccoli and left over stir fry instead of chicken... I liked it better... I can totally see how yummy vegetarian food is! (But I still like my chicken too much to give it up yet... ) I may start doing vegetarian dinners more often though. ^__^
@nitepagan Can you sum the amount of vegetables you had yesterday into cups please? We're doing this challenge by how many cups you had. ANd way to go on eating veggies!0 -
I really sucked yesterday. lol Had only 1 cup of fresh veggies. I DID have 3 veggie patties though (I'm sure that doesn't count though lol).
Total this week so far for me is 28 cups.
Hopefully I'll be back this evening to post what vegetables I ate today.0 -

I certainly did beat you, girl!
I had five cups tonight - king oyster mushrooms, Taiwan cabbage, yellow onions, and bean sprouts (sounds gross but it was in a stir-fry with black bean garlic sauce - it was SO GOOD!
That makes 33 cups this week! Yay!
