Jump start your metabolism by eating something early in the day, possibly as soon as you wake up!

Even if it's just a little piece of something, statistics show that people starting off the day with a fuller stomach, as oppose to an empty one, perform better in school and have more energy during the day!

(And coffee with sugar and cream doesn't count, lol.)

Hard-boil some eggs the night before or grab a quick piece of wheat toast!
