Has anyone completed this entire DVD and lived to tell about it?? :blushing: Holy cow - I've done the first section several times and just finished watching the second set and can I just say I'm terrified??!! :embarassed: Going to try it tomorrow......

    Haven't tried both but might tomorrow as well, either that or NMTZ.

    Ive done both sections back to back once and it was good. Im honestly not a huge fan of this DVD...she couldve done alot better...I got an ok calorie burn but Ive gotten calorie burn with her other DVDs.
