Potassium help

My dietary intake of Potassium is low while on Medifast, and I find I am a little more prone to pins & needles (tingling, like in my toes or as if something is "asleep.")
We can't have certain potassium rich fruits. Bananas and oranges are off limits. I don't eat spinach or tomatoes daily but I rotate them in my meals often. Does anyone have any tips for adding more? I will go to my doctor for some monitoring if this keeps up.
I even bought a supplement but it's only 99mg of K!
Thanks in advance.

I highly suggest talking to a nutritionist or dietition at Nutritional Support (nutritionsupport@tsfl.com). Also tonight is the nurse's call so you can dial in and ask your question to a registered nurse. Wednesday is the doctor's call. Good luck! I utilize these methods of support all the time and always point my clients to them as well!0
