1. Good, up-to-beat MUSIC ♫♪

2. A bottle of WATER!

3. Appropiate clothes and SNEAKERS!

4. A PICTURE OF MYSELF, BUT WHEN I USED TO BE FIT (sometimes I bring it in my hand, other times it's in my head!)

5. And last, but not least, A GOOD ATTITUDE! (I tell myself I'm not a 'giver-upper' and that I could conquer the World if I wanted to!!! But I don't, so don't be alarmed. :wink: )

    Music is the one absolute I have a primary music source Ipod etc and then have hours of music on my phone in case. everything else is in my head I love getting out and as the miles creep by I am alone with my music and my thoughts. The one time I can just be by myself and think unwind etc. ( that means I dont answer that phone.)
