    Tuesday - 75 Single leg deadlifts with dumbbell row : Done
    Wednesday - 75 plank walk-up : Done
    Thursday - 75 step back lunges with overhead press : Done
    Friday - 75 side lunges with bicep curl: Dne
    Saturday - 75 russian twists: Dne
