Hey everyone, this might be a stupid question but I'm asking it anyways!
Is it worth it for me to try and catch up? I'm three days behind now due to illness and non-access issues and would love to finish with this group! Would doing this twice a day for a couple days still result in the same...well, results?
Just curious :)

Keep going :) I just competed day one of level 2. I didnt want to take any break days but sometimes you just can't help it.

I would think it would be ok as long as you're up for it. Try doubling up one day and see how you feel afterward.

My thought is that it's definitely worth keeping up. Sometimes life gets in the way. Even if you don't double up I'd you just try to make a commitment to doing the shred daily until you reach your day 30. Imagine the sense of accomplishment you'll feel :)

Just to clarify: I had no intentions on stopping! I'm already seeing results and would feel so terrible if I didn't finish! Just wondering about doing "double" days to get back on track with everyone else :)
    Thanks everyone :)

I'm also three days behind right now. I don't plan to double up. I'm just going to keep going until I reach 30 days. Because I already have to work out on Mon, Wed and Fri and I do Zumba classed on Mon, Tue, Wed and Sat it's almost impossible for me to commit to doubling up on these work outs. They're killer and I don't have a death wish!!!

Well we should buddy up!! I'm going to try to go 2 workouts tomorrow.. but I doubt I'll have enough energy in the evening. We'll see :)

I have doubled up on one day so far, but I'm not counting that as two days. I def think if you can double up do it, but don't shorten your time doing the shred.

That's kind of what I was thinking. But after doing it before bed last night and then upon waking this morning and struggling through, I doubt I'll end up doubling up!
    thanks :)
