Rat-on-a-stick!

After years of joking that my teenage son would eat anything, this weekend, I made... Rat-on-a-stick! (Terry Pratchett reference)

I changed my profile picture to show the end result :) (It's shaped, cheese-stuffed meatloaf, on a skewer, with goldfish crackers for ears, and a piece of spaghetti boiled in water with red food coloring for the tail) :) Recipe I had made 12 of these little beauties.

And yes, he ate it.

    Um, I'm a little grossed out by the thought of it...yet, loved the movie RATATOUILLE.

    Go figure.
