I live in a northwest suburb of Chicago, IL
Cereals, Granola, sweets sweets sweets..... Are my enemies /: I think about & crave them all the time!
I'm in an transition in my life which is making really unhappy and I believe thats the main cause of my weight problems.
I enjoy running, i've been getting a lot better with running outside, despite my annoying allergies to trees/grass (not severe, but definitely more noticeable some days)
Crossfit seems to be a cool thing.. But i'm really interested in starting strength training... I think I do too much cardio.
Rejecting the sweets is my most challenging problem, I cheat often ): As well as finding people I get along with who share the same passion of indulging in a long healthy life, I have NO friends who share this common interest with me... So its very very hard on me being alone.
I've been doing squats and lunges everyday, randomly throughout the day for months now ... and my butt is pretty rocking... hehe
My number 1 fitness goal this year is to REACH and maintain a healthy weight.
I am in the process of transitioning into eliminating processed foods from my diet, I already feel the benefits since I've cut out a lot of those foods, but I still need my fix - which is why I keep yoyoing my weight... from all the Granola i LOVE to eat /:0 -

What's your favorite exercise? When I'm fit (not now) it's running or HIIT workouts. --- Right now I'm starting from scratch again, so the rowing machine.

What do you think is holding you back from being in your TOP shape? Breaking bad eating habits, lack of time/desire to exercise everyday and general fear of the public humiliation associated with my clear overexertion when doing even the most beginner work out.
