Yes!!! Green Tea does!

According to Jonathan Bailor(jobailor@microsoft.com) and the Author of The Smarter Science of Slim: What the Actual Experts

Green Tea (caffeinated or decaf) can count as water. Green tea comes from the same plant as black tea but it is process differently. Its unique process leaves green tea with a large amount of a substance called polyphenols that has a unique fat burning effect. See Page 194 of the book….on my desk.

  • yeah, I have switch to green tea recently! I was hoping it counted as water because I was counting it toward my 8 glasses a day:-)
  • Another option with Green Tea is to brew it, let it cool down for a while, then pour it over ice and drink it that way. I normally brew some in the morning and then in the afternoon drink it cold. A change up from water water water water water!!!!
