I have an App named Carbonoid.... I set reminders to drink water and shows your progress by filling up the "droid" itself with "water" ;-)

    Foodguage or FoodFacts for the iPhone - give you a guage reading or grade for a food that you input or scan. Take the output with a grain of salt, however, depending on your macro requirements (e.g., bananas are good for you, but high in sugar).
