Yay! I was wondering what happened to the 100 miles in January thread! Good to see everyone! Posting my progress is definitely keeping me motivated! For some crazy reason, I decided to run AND start the 30 Day Shred yesterday! (Nope, don't feel guilty at all about resting today!)
Here is where I'm at so far. I'm a little behind schedule...

Was doing good until I got sick last week -- doubt that I will make it for January - too darn sick.
1/1/12: 13 miles - bike ride!
1/3/12 - 2 miles - treadmill run/walk
1/5/12 - 2 miles - treadmill run/walk
1/7/12 - 3 miles - treadmill run/walk
1/8/12 - 13 miles - bike ride
1/10/12 - 3 miles - treadmill

Hello and thanks for the invite! I have done over 135 miles! I mostly walk but I also use the stationary bike & elipitcal at the gym. Will we be picking up from Sarah307's 100 mile challenge?0

I posted this group because I enjoyed sarah307's challenge so much. A couple of days ago I could no longer post or see everyone's progress as the Jan thread ran out. I couldn't find any new thread and was hoping to connect up again with everyone to see how we all were doing so I just figured we could keep on going as a group if anyone was still interested. Looks like we all missed sarah307's 100 mile thread!0 -
