    1/31 - 3.5 Miles Elliptical and 3.75 Bike = 116.6 Total in Jan. I was trying for 150 but didnt quite make it. Feb may be it!!!

    I fell a few workouts short of my goal for January... but I still feel pretty good about it! 88 miles more than I ran last January, right?!

    I haven't been feeling very well after running the past few days, so I think I'm going to take a couple days off. I am going to try to hit that 100 mile mark in February though!

    Because of this challenge, I have started walking during lunch and break. I am clocking in an extra 2.5 miles daily! I want this weight to go away.
