I am new to mfp (jan 2nd) and have been doing my best to get up early & exercise before my daily routine of craziness kicks in. I have to get my son up for school @ 6am so I need to be done before that. It is so hard for me to get up early enough but I have only missed one day so that is good. I am only getting up early enough to get 15 min on the elliptical. I set my alarm earlier because I want to up it to 20 min now & eventually 30. But.... have not done it yet.

Welcome to the group & congrats on getting 15 minutes on the elliptical! Sometimes starting small is the best way to approach a new habit.0
