This is my day
Breakfast Slim Fast Shake
Snack 1 pickle 1 cup of Pineapple med ice cap
Lunch Ham wrap on whole wheat wrap with 1 slice havarti cheese
Snack 2 hard boiled eggs
Dinner 6oz of fresh salmon with 2 cups of rice and 2 cups of veggies.
Water Intake 9 glasses
Exercise 1 hour of Zumba Cardio Exercise Class... IT WAS AWESOME..
I am off to bed i will check in tom... Have a great day...

Good for you!!
I was up early and out the door for a basketball game for my oldest son in a town about 30 miles away. Got home at noon and met my husband and son at the ER (been a bad week....lol). Left the ER and took my oldest daughter to get her hair cut. I am just getting home.
Breakfast today was 2 hard boiled egg whites, activia light peach yogurt, hot green tea with a truvia to sweeten
Lunch today (I cheated) and had a 110 calorie Thomas bagel thin with a thin layer of light peanut butter, a handful of raw baby carrots, and a green tea with citrus. I ate this just now (it is almost 3 pm).
Not sure what dinner will be yet. Headed to a wrestling match a bit later. I really should have squeezed in a fruit today but now it is after 2 pm so that wont be happening and the little bits of peach in my yogurt will have to do.
So I am a bit off today as far as my diet and meal times but this can happen on busy weekends. I will get back on track!0 -

Hi there how are you doing sorry it took me a bit to respond jpw are you??? How is everyone doing today i had a busy weekend worked at 3am all weekend i am tired today just eating well and trying to suck back my water lol.. going to kickboxing tonight have my weigh in tom that should be interesting.. Ever have a fat day?? Well i am having a opposited day i am having a thin day and for me that is a far far stretch since i am no where thin... I had a uh huh moment last night when hubby asked me to go get the kids a treat from the store which i usually come back for a treat for each of us and usually it involves something to do with icecream or chocolate.. well you know when your brain is changing or your thought process i should say when you come back with a treat for them and your treat is a crystal light package lol so im feeling pretty good about that.... Wondering how you are all doing out there staying positive >>>Motivated?? Encouraged???
