*this is a big increase week, be sure you are prepared, and have done all your homework runs

Walk 5 minutes to warm up. Run 5 minutes and walk 2 minutes. Repeat 4 times and then walk 5 minutes to recover and cool down. Stretch Total running time: 20 minutes
