I was wondering if anyone knew of any free (or really cheap) fitness classes. Maybe perhaps some ladies doing a DVD or such in a church basement? I think maybe if I can get outta the house and be around other people I might have more motivation. I just dont have the money to join a gym right now.

    I.think its Tuesday's and thursdays for 90 minutes in thevening. I bet if you stop by and look at their bulletin board in the hallway of the main entrance there is a fliers for gentle yoga with the day and time.
