My goals for then next 4 months: 1. Bodyweight -- down to 320 (from 350) 2. BP -- below 120/80 Resting HR -- under 80 3. Cardio -- workouts...45-60 min per sessions, 3-4 sessions per week; complete 5k in under 50 min 4. Strength -- squat -- 550 lb +; bench press -- 300 lb +; deadlift -- 550 lb +
What specific thing is hard for you on the journey right now? What would make it better? For me right now its staying at the same weight no matter how many or few calories I consume. Gosh if I could just lose.2 by the end of this week I could be motivated to keep going.
I was wondering if anyone knew of any free (or really cheap) fitness classes. Maybe perhaps some ladies doing a DVD or such in a church basement? I think maybe if I can get outta the house and be around other people I might have more motivation. I just dont have the money to join a gym right now.
