What specific thing is hard for you on the journey right now? What would make it better?

For me right now its staying at the same weight no matter how many or few calories I consume. Gosh if I could just lose.2 by the end of this week I could be motivated to keep going.

    Before the 5k, I was up to between 40 and 50 min on the elliptical trainer. Since last week's PL meet, I've only had gas for 30 min, so it looks like back to the bottom of the hill to climb up again.

    Next 5k is on Memorial Day weekend (Go Girl 5 k and half marathon); next meet is USAPL Raw Nationals in August.
