Goal Setting -- anyone want to be accountable?

Options
My goals for then next 4 months:

1. Bodyweight -- down to 320 (from 350)

2. BP -- below 120/80 Resting HR -- under 80

3. Cardio -- workouts...45-60 min per sessions, 3-4 sessions per week; complete 5k in under 50 min

4. Strength -- squat -- 550 lb +; bench press -- 300 lb +; deadlift -- 550 lb +
