  • I will start things off here. My name is Spencer and I'm a father of four beautiful children and have been married for 13 years. I work in the retail industry as a manager and I enjoy the outdoors, sports, and spending time with my family. Currently I have a goal to become lighter and healthier for myself and my family. I also have made a goal to run the Rock and Roll Denver marathon this coming October.
  • Hey, my name is Corey, I have 2 amazing kids 12 and 15. I have a even more amazing and wonderful wife of 13 years. I am a Chef at a very large casino. My wife and i joined MFP about 2 months ago. I am a very avid cyclist, and want to get a little more tone, and a little lighter. I am currently doing Insanity, Asylum, P90X, P90X2 and Spinning. Not all at once (lol I wish). i just like to mix it up to keep. it fresh.

Hi I'm Jeff, most of my friends call me JT. I am the father of two grown children 28 and 25. I am retired Air Force and currently working for the DoD/DAF. I have been with MFP for 300+ days and started the weight loss process Jan 24th 2011, I lost 75 pounds in 8 months, now I am working on losing the las 15 pounds and really getting ripped. I am a runner/cyclist and have completed four 5K races in the last 4 months winning the last two. I also completed my first century cycling event with a time of 7:08:12 last August. I plan on riding that same event again this year and dropping over an hour from last years time.
  • Hi, my name is Tim and I am a single dad of a terrific 14 year old boy. I lost 65 lbs last year and then got heavy into weightlifting late in 2011 and put on about 60 lbs of mostly muscle. I currently weigh 257 lbs at 6' tall and I have 10.4% body fat. I hope to take my waist from a 34 inch to a 32 inch and drop my body fat to about 7.9%. Last year at this time I had a 48 inch waist. I am glad to meet all of you and hope we can encourage each other to accomplish all of our goals.

    Hi all,
I am 38 and dad of a 9 years old lovely boy. I am fit and slim and I am trying to get rid of my lower belly. I weigh around 61kg and I guess I need to loose 3-4kg to get rid of lower belly fat reserve. MFP is excellent to keep track of my intakes and I am inclined to do carb cycling. My wife has just started on Weight Watchers. So, I get a chance to see her rather WW's effectiveness and efficiency as well.
    Best wishes to all,
    S
