Can you guys help me do some weight lifting math?

I don't have a heart rate monitor yet and am wondering how much more I would be burning (according to Myfitnesspal) if they took into account the weight you are lifting. Theoretically, we burn more calories during the push month because we are lifting heavier weights, right? Although, you do have more movement in the compound exercises in burn and lean phases.

I completed Chalean X previously, and I don't remember which phase I burned the most calories, I just remember that they were all higher then what MFP has for weight lifting0
