What has worked for you? Share with the group workouts and nutrition tips that have brought you results or your currently doing to get healthier, stronger, and lighter. Coming out of the holiday season, I need to eat smart and make my workouts work for me.

  • I found that MFP has probably helped me the most. Just being more aware of what and when i am eating has help with the toning. I now train Smarter, only 5 days a week rather 6 or 7 but they are a hard full 100% effort. Leave nothing in the tank. so i make sure to drink my recovery drink, and water, water, water, water.
    If my work outs get stale i just find one that i havent done in a while, (P90X, p90X2, Insanity or asylum). I have joined my wifes boot camp 1 day a week so that we can spend time togwther and its a new routine, and Josh the trainer pushes me pretty hard aswell.
    Cycling is my passion, i try to spin around 4-5 hours a week.
    Just kick your own *kitten* and get out and do it! only YOU can make the change!

    Remember you only get out of it what you put in to it. You are all doing Awesome! Great group

    MFP is very helpful for calorie logging. However, following works best:
    1. HIIT style cardio after weight training and
