Week 4 Phase 1

Well, I had an emergency dental procedure done this past week so I was out of the game for this week only. I am going to be doing Week 4 of Phase 1 next week starting Phase 2 the following week. PLEASE post topics for each workout in Phase 2 like we did in Phase 1 reporting on the workouts to help / support others. I will be waiting to see the posts and excited to see the feedback!

    Is everyone going to phase two for week 5? I know you and Gina aren't.. anyone doing another week of phase one?
