Day 5 complete!

Day 5 done and again, easier than yesterday. I even pushed myself harder this time too. I did 14 push ups in the first set and 11 in the second. I STILL didn't make it through that blasted first cardio set, but I did make it through the other two again. I did better on the first one, so I'm going to guess 2 or 3 more days and I'll have it down LOL.
I think I'm going to start using my 4 pound weights for everything but those anterior lifts. On the other exercises, I really don't even feel the 3 lb weights. I do think my 5's would be too much though. My goal is to be using the 5's by the end of the 30 days.
My kids did the workout with me again. My daughter stopped before the end, but did probably 80% of the workout. My son did about 90% before stopping (more from boredom than anything else LOL).
How is everyone else doing?

I'm a day behind but did day four this afternoon. I'm able to make it all the way through without modifications (except I do girly pushups!) and my calves are the only things that are killing me! My thighs and butt are sore a little, my abs not at all...but I'm really enjoying it! I'm working on posting my 'before' pics and I haven't done measurements yet, but I can tell each day that I'm getting stronger already!0

I finished day 5 today. I have done level 1 (3) times and level 2 and 3 (1) time each. I just wanted to see what they were like. I really like levels 2 and 3 more. Level 2 about killed me, but Level 3 was fun in a sick way!
Is anyone seeing any changes yet?
Also, are you guys changing your eating/diet?0 -
I am not changing my diet other than I usually eat all, or most, or my excercise calories. I've gone over a couple days, but overall, I'm on target for the week which ends tomorrow so I'm happy with that. One interesting thing...I'm PMSing right now and haven't had any chocolate cravings and such like I usually do. In fact, hubby just went to the store to get something and asked if I wanted anything. I briefly ran through the calories I had left (plenty) and ran through some candy bars in my head and nothing sounded good so I said no thanks. SHOCKING I tell ya LOL!
Have I noticed changes? I think I have. I've taken measurements, which seem to show my belly above my waist and my 'pooch' below my waist as shrinking but my waist and hips as growing. The hips is likely measurement error because it's hard to get the same spot everytime. But the waist is pretty easy to measure in the same spot so not sure what's going on there. I'm not down much weight either, but maybe a half a pound. I'd like to think I'm busy gaining muscle.
I do think this will be worth it in the end. I certainly feel stronger and I can now do the workout with minimal soreness. I also upped my weights to 4 lbs today on some of the exercises (not all - those anterior lifts with side lunges still kill me).0 -
Way to go everyone!
I've noticed that I've definitely gotten stronger. Where in the beginning I could barely do pushups I now find that I can do them with with a lot less struggling (same with the crunches and sit ups). I've also noticed my endurance has gone up too. Overall I'm happy with how everything is going so far.0
