Hi
noticed that my left knee , sort of creaks , when i lift my lower portion of the leg while sitting
I dont feel any pain just a little tenderness there..
wanted to check if any of you have seen this - Is there anything i should be worried about
One thing i learned on reading more, and from advise from some friends on this forum, is not to push yourself too much, to run slowly and ease yourself into this
i have completed my first week, so took it easy today , and will start week 2 on Sunday, giving myself a good break and using my new knowledge
PS I did swap my running shoes , so hopefully that wont be an issue anymore

Don't be afraid to repeat a week. I started C25K the beginning of January and I've repeated week 2 & 3 to help build endurance. I'll try to increase the run speed the second week. So far it has gone well. I completed Week4 Day 2 today and felt good. Slow & steady is my motto.0

I would get a brace and gauge it carefully as you increase. That is how my knee problem started.
It is such a problem! I need to lose weight for my knees, but it hurts my knees if I overdo exercise. I have lost 25 lbs and it has helped my knees a LOT!0 -
Eeeks...I'm not experienced enough to offer advice but definitely don't take your knees for granted. Take it nice and slow, and if I were you I wouldn't feel bad having someone look at it.0
