The burn!!!

OMG... I started the NRLW programme on Tuesday. I've done workout A and B once and the day after both, my buns and hamstrings were/are killing me! I'm sure this will get better but man, there's no way I could think about doing anything on my "off" days! I also discovered thanks to this group that I misread the Workout A and did 15 x 2 prone jackknifes instead of 8! Glad I get to go back to a lower number because those things are tough!

I'm doing my measurements tonight so I can see the progress!

    Haha, yeah, the burn is killer! I'm about halfway through stage 1, and it does seem to be getting better. I still have to take at least 2 days off between workouts, though, instead of the recommended 1 day... It's so fun, though! Love it!

    It definitely gets better. Those first couple of weeks were rough. I have started to add some cardio on the off days. I do 7A today. :)
