I finally beat the dead lift. In my program I haven't deadlifted with the olympic bar in 6 or 8 weeks, the last time I tried to push it but could only bet to 115. I wanted terribly to deadlift my weight. Today I deadlifted 135, woohoo!

Unfortunately, however, that means that me grip was then shot to ****. From that point on I couldn't lift a thing. 35lb dumbbells, forget about it, 100 lb underhand grip lat pull down I couldn't even hold on. SOB . . . pout.

Its okay :D Maybe you should get some lifting straps for times like those!

I never use them one a main lift, but every month or so I'll pull them out for some heavy shrugs or Croc Rows. Great Job Hon!!!

you dont need straps just yet IMO. its not "that" heavy. I know a girl who would probably be lighter than you, her current max is 95kg. No gear. She's only ~55kg

Did you use a mixed hand grip?
one over the bar, one under it? If not, try that next when you're going heavy. :)
