Hi ladies, and yes I am a guy but I am going to get back into shape and could use your help. In return, I will give you my honest opinion about anything, fitness related or not. Does anyone have a membership to the YMCA? Or is someone interested in getting together for any kind of exercise? I am located in middle TN.
I have to get ready for the summer...:wink:
