I've been playing my Zumba Fit game on the Wii. I find it very fun! Go out and buy it!

    Are there Zumba videos you can buy in stores? Just asking because I haven't seen any and I only see them for sale on infomercials

    I haven't seen them in stores at all, but at my school they have the videos so I would keep looking and try searching it in Google or E-Bay!

    I might see if I can get zumba for the wii, is it very expensive?

    That sounds so fun. I do crossfit but I wish I had a wii to do zumba on when i'm home.

    I have an issue with my SIJ (joint near the hip) is there any exercises that I can do to flatten my belly that won't annoy this injury? I've been told I could do pilates, does that help with the belly area? And if so, does anyone know of any good DVD's around at the moment for that? :)

    i drink ginger tea with cenimon and sometimes coconut juice
    i feel it works
    and for sure with cardio exercise at least one time in week

    My daughter said the only exercise she would give a go at was Zumba so I have to step up to the plate and get my flashy coloured dancing shoes on. Sounds like fun cardio! Here to do some burning to attack my middle section.
