New Level, New Pain

I am on level 3, day 3 and have been going straight without a break. In level 1, I felt sore all over for the first three days, probably due to not exercising AT ALL ever. Then came level 2 and those planks were killers on the arms and shoulders for the first few days. Now, at level 3, my legs are sore and my back muscles under my shoulder blades and I am definitely feeling it in my abs. Oh, and not to mention the rug burn on my elbows from the walking planks...I think I need to put a blanket underneath me or something.

I love how Jillian works all different parts of the body :) And as they say, no pain no gain!

I love how my body is changing, and I am excited to be almost finished.

    LOL! I am halfway done with level 3 and I am sore in exactly all the same places you mention...even down to the rug burn on the elbows! Keep it up, we're almost there!
