Just wondering if greek yogurt is allowed?

    If you're in phase 1, no. If you're in phase 2 and have moved on to the dairy rung, yes. They recommend the full fat version of yoghurt as it tends to be lower in carbs. I actually find it more tasty than the fat free version :-))

    I found a Bulgarian full fat yogurt,love the taste. well I turned it into a lemon 'cheesecake" substitute..there is an incredible KETO lemon cheesecake I made with 6 oz cream cheese and 2 oz butter and 1 tbl HWC, lemon juice/flavoring, sweetener. softened and mixed well. you get one cup when done..but it is 1100 calories!! so hard to eat just 1-2 oz ( 8 oz total weight)

    So I use the yogurt, lemon flavor, Swerve/Stevia, and it is incredible…thick, and just 140 calories for a whole cup…yum. Some people use collagen to thicken, I may try this too.
